Careers with McCormick

The Robert R. McCormick Foundation and Cantigny Park are always searching for enthusiastic, talented individuals with a passion for civic engagement and philanthropy to join our team.

McCormick Foundation

Among the leading ways the McCormick Foundation fosters communities of educated, informed, and engaged citizens is through our dedicated, passionate staff. We address the most pressing issues affecting our communities by focusing our resources and energies on four program areas – Communities, Democracy, Education and Veterans. The Foundation is an inspiring workplace, offering our staff the opportunity to build stronger communities through collaborative processes and meaningful work.

Cantigny Park

More than 360,000 people visit Cantigny Park each year, making it one of Illinois’ must-see destinations. As part of the Robert R. McCormick Foundation, Cantigny Park is the 500-acre former estate of Col. Robert R. McCormick located in Wheaton, Illinois, and home to the First Division Museum, McCormick House, formal gardens, picnic grounds, walking trails, and a Visitors Center with banquet and dining facilities.

The Robert R. McCormick Foundation and Cantigny Park believe in equal employment opportunities for all—regardless of race, religion, gender, national origin, disability or any other legally protected classification. Our policy is to hire and promote the most qualified applicants and to comply with all federal, state and local equal employment opportunity laws.
